The Buffalo JA865 infrared food warmer is a flexible, freestanding heat lamp designed to keep plated or GN-pan food at serving temperature on a buffet, carvery station, pass or food prep area. Two infrared lamps channel radiant heat directly downward onto the food below, maintaining temperature without cooking further or drying out as quickly as dry oven heat would.

The lightweight stand has an adjustable lamp height, letting you control the intensity of heat by raising or lowering the lamps — closer for more aggressive warming, higher for a gentler hold. The stand is sized to neatly fit a full-size 1/1 GN pan, so you can swap pans in and out quickly during service to top up dishes without any downtime. In matt black throughout, it presents cleanly in customer-facing environments and works equally well front or back of house.
